Every member has a story, and many of them start with a moment of hope, courage, or change.

We’re inviting members to share personal stories about how Seattle Credit Union played a positive role in their life or financial journey. If your story is selected to be shared through our marketing or community outreach, you’ll receive a $250 thank‑you from us. Bonus or incentive payments may be reportable to the IRS and may be taxable.

Your story doesn’t have to be dramatic; it just has to be real.

Maybe it was:

• Buying your first car and gaining independence
• Purchasing or refinancing your home
• Starting or growing a business
• Paying down debt and feeling relief
• Finding stability during a difficult season

Your experience could help someone else feel seen, supported, and hopeful about what’s possible for them. Multi-generational stories are especially welcome.

Photos Help Bring Your Story to Life

If you’re comfortable, we encourage you to include a photo with your submission (it may also increase your chances of being featured). Real photos help others connect with your story and imagine their own next chapter. We’re looking for authentic moments that reflect your life, such as:

• You and your family
• The car or home you financed with us
• A small business milestone
• A moment that simply makes you proud

(No need for anything fancy — phone photos are perfect.)

How we’ll use your story

Selected stories may be featured on Seattle Credit Union marketing channels, including digital, social, and print. Submission of a story does not guarantee selection or payment. Selected submissions will be determined at Seattle Credit Union’s discretion. If your story is used, you’ll receive $250 within 30 days of publication, subject to terms provided upon selection.
