What You Need to Apply Checklist

Your business is a start-up and has been registered with the Secretary of Washington State for 2 years or less:

  • 2 Years of Personal Tax Returns
  • Business Plan
  • Business Projections
  • Legal entity documents for your business, which can include:
    • Certificate of Formation (LLC or Partnership)
    • Certificate of Incorporation (Corporation)
    • LLC Operating Agreement
    • Partnership Agreement
    • Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws
    • Employer Identification Number (EIN Documentation).
  • A description of the collateral you will use to secure the loan, including the signed purchase order and/or signed bill of sale.
    • As applicable:
      • Title Documents
      • Insurance Certificate
      • Odometer Statement (if applicable)
      • Valuation (upon request)
  • Membership with the credit union

Your business has been registered with the Secretary of Washington State for 2 years or more, or your business has been registered for 23 months or less AND you’ve filed business tax returns for the most recent tax year:

  • One year of business and personal tax returns (for each owner with 25% or more ownership).
  • Profit and Loss Sheet
  • Balance Sheet
  • Legal entity documents for your business, which can include:
    • Certificate of Formation (LLC or Partnership)
    • Certificate of Incorporation (Corporation)
