Our Commitment To Accessibility
We are committed to meeting the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA. The purpose of the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines is to make web content generally more accessible for people with disabilities and the implementation makes our websites more user-friendly for everyone. While not all elements of our website, mobile app, and online banking portals can be completely compliant due to technological limitations, we are committed to both the letter and spirit of the WCAG 2.1 AA recommendations and continually review our digital channels to make them as accessible as possible and to implement accessibility enhancements as they become available.

Some of the content we provide rely on third-party websites, like Facebook or LinkedIn, which we do not control. Visit those sites to read their accessibility statements and provide feedback to those parties. Provide feedback to those parties as challenges arise. While third-party sites can provide important enhancements to the Seattle Credit Union experience, we will never provide important information exclusively through those channels.
