Annual Meeting Election
For nearly 100 years, Seattle Credit Union has proudly served Washington state, offering inclusive financial services to individuals from every background and income level, with a commitment to building stronger communities together. Each year, our membership votes from a ballot of qualified candidates for the upcoming open positions on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee. We strive to reflect the diversity of our membership and local communities in our leadership, especially those who are connected to and understand the challenges and opportunities of our region, and who have experience working strategically to solve problems.
Open Positions
In April, we will have the following positions open:
- Three Board of Directors positions
- One Audit Committee position
The election of Directors to fill these positions is conducted in the Spring of 2026, and the results will be announced at the Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held in April 2026, with the date/time specifics being announced closer to the event.
Petition Requests
We are currently accepting any petition requests that would like to be submitted for candidates to be considered for the Board of Directors ballot. To submit a petition request and receive next steps, please complete the form in the link below between January 12, 2026 – January 26, 2026.

Current Next Steps and Timeline
- Petition requests are able to be submitted from January 12, 2026, to January 26, 2026.
- Membership will vote in March.
- Election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting in April. Save the date is coming soon.
