However you like to manage your money, we’ve got a payment option that fits. Use this page as your go-to guide for making payments on your Seattle Credit Union loan.

Online Loan Payment Center

Make a one-time payment online with our Online Loan Payment Center. Fees apply.

This option is available for all loan payments except for credit card payments. Payments accepted via Seattle Credit Union account, or via ACH or debit card from another bank or credit union. Please allow processing time for the payment method you choose.

Set up one-time or recurring loan payments from your Seattle Credit Union account, or from another bank or credit union using a debit card or ACH.*

To pay a consumer loan or home loan, log in to Online Banking and select Move Money > Make a Transfer.

To pay a credit card, log in to Online Banking and select My Cards > Make a Payment.

Online Loan Pay Center
This service is available to pay your Seattle Credit Union loan from another financial institution.

SCU Online Banking & Mobile App
We offer ACH and debit card payments for your Seattle Credit Union loan through digital banking. You can set up one-time or recurring automatic payments.
Log in to your account

In Branch
Visit one of our locations to make your loan payment or get assistance setting up automatic monthly payments.

By Phone
Give us a call at 800-334-2489 for assistance with your loan payment options. Please be advised there is a $15 processing fee for making a payment over the phone.

ACH debit
You can fill out, sign, and return an ACH debit form to us. This will allow us to pull the money directly from your external financial institution’s account.  Please be aware that it can take the system up to three business days from the time we receive the form to get this payment up and running.

At a Shared Branch
Make your loan payment at a shared branch through the Shared Co-op Branching Network. Please bring your member number and account number in addition to your identification.

Yes, setting up automatic loan payments from your Seattle Credit Union checking or savings account is easy and can be done via Online Banking or our mobile app.

To make a loan or credit card payment from your Seattle Credit Union checking or savings account, log in to Online Banking and select Move Money > Make a Transfer.

  1. Select the account the money is coming from.
  2. Select the account the money is moving to.
  3. Enter the amount to transfer.
  4. Schedule when the transfer should occur:
    • Immediately
    • In the future (one time)
    • In the future (recurring). Options include daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly.
  5. Click Continue to confirm your transfer.
  6. Click Transfer to schedule your transfer.

Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard with a $15 processing fee. We also accept ACH payments by phone. You will need your account number and routing number.
