Give us a call at 800-334-2489 for assistance with your loan payment options. Please be advised there is a $15 processing fee for making a payment over the phone.
ACH debit
You can fill out, sign, and return an ACH debit form to us. This will allow us to pull the money directly from your external financial institution’s account. Please be aware that it can take the system up to three business days from the time we receive the form to get this payment up and running.
At a Shared Branch
Make your loan payment at a shared branch through the Shared Co-op Branching Network. Please bring your member id and loan number in addition to your identification.
