Seattle Credit Union is proud to support the development of The Pointe at Thomas, a new affordable housing community currently under construction in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.

Developed by C&A Development and supported by Amazon‘s Housing Fund, the project will create 67 affordable homes for households earning between 40% and 80% of the area median income, with affordability protections expected to remain in place for 99 years. Seattle Credit Union is serving as the project’s senior lender and is providing $11.4 million in construction financing, helping bring this important community investment to life.

Located near transit, jobs, schools, and community resources, the development is designed to support long-term housing stability for working individuals and families who help keep our region running, including educators, healthcare professionals, and essential workers.

At Seattle Credit Union, we believe affordable housing is foundational to strong communities. We’re honored to partner with organizations that share our commitment to expanding opportunity and creating a more equitable future for Seattle residents.
