Experiencing a COVID-19 related hardship?

Seattle Credit Union values our members and is committed to helping you prosper. If you are experiencing a financial hardship as a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may be eligible to defer or temporarily reduce payments on your existing loan(s) with SCU.

Fill in the form below to request hardship assistance (short-term payment deferral or reduced payment) for your SCU loan. If you are seeking assistance on your First Mortgage, please contact our Member Solutions team directly at 800-334-2489 or 206-398-5500 and select option 7.

The submission of this form does not constitute an agreement or guarantee approval. This is not an application for credit. We may require additional information and/or documentation to support your hardship. Please continue to make your regularly scheduled payment until a decision has been made. An SCU representative will review your request and contact you within two-business days.
