Base Pay
Seattle Credit Union provides competitive base pay to our staff members—and we regularly monitor our Base Pay Program to ensure we remain competitive. Compensation is reviewed annually and is a reflection of individual, team, and/or credit union performance.

Health Benefits
Seattle Credit Union provides a complete healthcare benefit package to all full-time and part-time employees; medical, dental, vision, long & short term disability, life/AD&D, flexible spending accounts, and an employee assistance program. Seattle Credit Union pays 100% of an employee's premiums for these coverages. Employees may add their dependent spouse or domestic partner and/or children to our medical and dental plans. Seattle Credit Union pays for 50% of the premium expense for full-time employees' family members added to these plans and 25% of the premium expense for part-time employees' family members.

401(K) Retirement Plan & Company Match
Seattle Credit Union staff may contribute up to the yearly IRS maximum of their pre-tax earnings (plus any applicable catch-up contributions for employees over the age of 50) to the 401(k) retirement plan. Seattle Credit Union matches each staff member's elected contribution with a total maximum of 5%, and employees are 100% vested after 3 years of service. Employees also can elect a Roth 401k option, if eligible.

Transportation Subsidy Reimbursement
Seattle Credit Union provides an ORCA Card at no cost for the employee which provides 100% subsidized transportation to staff members upon request for bus, Central Link Light Rail, and/or ferry transportation expenses that they incur from their commute to work.

Paid Vacation & Sick Leave
Full-time and part-time employees accrue paid personal leave from the beginning of employment to cover vacations and sick leave. In the first year of employment, staff accrue personal leave each month which is equal to 18 days/year for full-time staff, 9 days/year for part-time staff. After every cumulative five years of employment, the personal leave accrual rate increases. Staff members also accrue four floating holidays per year (two floating holidays for part-time staff).

Tuition Reimbursement
Seattle Credit Union is proud to provide up to $2,000 per year ($1,000 for part-timers) in tuition reimbursement to staff members attending college/university courses in their pursuit of a degree and/or professional education.

Seattle Credit Union observes several paid holidays each year; New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
