Recently, COO, Mele Miller was contacted by one of Rainier Branch’s newest team members, Traci, who is transitioning from a temp role to full-time.

During her time with us, Traci and her family experienced a devastating loss that she has shared with our leadership and team and has asked we share with each of you. Her experience and response from our Rainier Branch team echoes our values, empathy, and humanity.
