How do I make a Wire Transfer?
If you are planning on initiating your wire remotely, please note that certain transfer limits may apply. To initiate a wire transfer, call our Member Services team at 800.334.2489, option 4, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, and 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. In order to initiate a transfer remotely, please call in from a number we already have on file. We’ll also need to confirm your identity through a series of security questions and then verify your address on file.
You can also initiate your wire at a branch. All you need to bring is your non-expired government issued photo ID.
No matter your method, for the actual wire itself, we’ll need to know the beneficiary's name, mailing address, the account and routing number of the recipient's financial institution.
Domestic Wires submitted before 2 PM (Pacific Time) should process on the same business day; otherwise it will begin processing on the next one.
All International Wires must be submitted before 12:00 PM (Pacific Time).
There are fees associated with Wire Transfers, which breakdown as follows:
- $15.00 per Domestic Transfer of $10,000 or less
- $30.00 per Domestic Transfer of over $10,000
- $25.00 per International Transfer of $10,000 or less
- $40.00 per International Transfer of over $10,000
